Prayer focus this week

Prayer focus for the week beginning 26th September 2021

  • Tetbury Praying the Town: Mercer Way, Hatters Close, Clothiers Close
  • Pray that children will feel welcome in our church services, and that their spiritual needs may be addressed appropriately
  • The Parish of Shipton Moyne
  • The Departed and those who mourn their loss. We give thanks for their lives, and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends.
  • Praying for Jacobie Wall who is being baptised in Holy Trinity, Long Newnton on Saturday morning and for Grace Tucker who is being baptised in St Marys’ Tetbury, on Saturday lunchtime.
  • Praying for St Mary’s School: Year 1 Plum Class with Miss Beckett and Mrs Amor
  • The Tetbury Music Festival: we give thanks that it will take place again this year, and for the priceless gift of music to share, uplift and enjoy
  • National issues: for protection for the many birds migrating to warmer countries for the winter months
