Ascension Sunday
As we celebrate the events of The Ascension, we reflect on our faith in Jesus Christ: God come to dwell among us, who – having died and risen again – returns to his Father, to open to us the gates of heaven. And we look forward to Pentecost and the call for us now to be the new body of Christ here on earth, filled with his life through the gift of the Holy Spirit.
