St Marys’ was part of the organisation of a workshop called ‘Arrange for the Future’.
We met at Minchinhampton Church with participants from our 2 local deaneries.
Beth Bruce- Gardner, [Diocesan ambassador for sustainable flower arranging], led us in looking at ways to make our church flower decorations nature- friendly and seasonal. She was amazing and so inspiring.
We all had a go ourselves and were also stars in arranging local flowers with no oasis. There was no plastic and no airmiles but the beauty was a real act of tribute and praise to our God and Creation.
