• The parish of St Marys
• Give thanks for the Lent Lunch volunteers, both those who provide soup and those who serve.
• We pray for St Mary’s School and particularly Mrs Makin and Mrs Bell and the pupils of Holly class
• The Departed and those who mourn their loss including Roger Bickle. We give thanks for their lives and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends.
• Year’s Mind – Daphne Ind (17.3) and James Baker (18.3) – “Year’s Mind” is to mark the first anniversary of a death – often a difficult time for family and friends.
• We pray for Jennifer Jones who is being baptised at Holy Trinity, Long Newnton on Sunday 22nd March.
• We pray for Aaron Handley and Charlotte Bignall getting married in St Marys’ Beverston on Saturday 21st March
• Local issues: Pray for those who run the Information Centre in the Town Council offices, that visitors will use it fully and feel welcome to Tetbury
• National issues: Pray that people will use their right to vote in the upcoming by-elections in several areas of England and that those elected will work for the benefit of the country
• World issues: Sunday 22nd March is World Water Day. Pray for organisations like WaterAid, working to provide clean water to some of the 2.2 billion people currently without it.
