- Pray also for St Marys’ PCC, whose meeting is taking place on Tuesday 18th November, may they be guided by God in their work for our church community
- We pray for Layla Cook who is being baptised at St Marys’ on Sunday 16th November
- We pray for Scott Lithgow and Kate Geary being married at St Mary the Virgin Beverston on Sunday 16th November. We pray that it will be a very special day and the start of a life-long commitment, with God at the centre of their relationship.
- Give thanks and pray for the coffee makers who fulfil a much-appreciated role
- We pray for St Mary’s School and particularly Mrs Wheeler, Mr Ball and Miss Rush and the pupils of Ash class
- The Departed and those who mourn their loss. We give thanks for their lives and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends.
- Local issues: pray for the success of the Christmas Fayre at St Marys on Saturday 22nd November, giving thanks for all who work so hard to make such events a success, both socially and financially
- National issues: pray for wisdom, integrity and protection for the Royal Family
- World issues: continue to pray for wisdom for governments facing the reality of global warming, that they may be honest in acknowledging their part, and act wisely to mitigate further adverse activity.
