Our prayer focus for the week beginning 19th June 2022:
- Tetbury Praying the Town: Conygar Road
- The Parish of Beverston
- For the ordination of Steve Bullock, our incoming curate, at Gloucester cathedral (19th June 10.00am)
- Church Safeguarding officers and all involved in DBS checks
- The Departed and those who mourn their loss. We give thanks for their lives, and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends.
- Praying for Samuel Griffiths who is being baptised in St Marys’ Tetbury on Saturday 18th June, for Maple Pelly (Saturday 18th) and Archie Lattimer (Sunday 19th ) who are being baptised in St John the Baptist Shipton Moyne. Praying for the parents and Godparents.
- Praying for the wedding blessing on Saturday 25th June, for Max and Lauren in Long Newnton, and David and Persephone in Shipton Moyne.
- Praying for St Mary’s School: Year 1 Plum Class with Miss Beckett and Mrs Amor
National issues: for our rail services, that staffing issues can be resolved satisfactorily for all parties concerned
