• The parish of St Marys’
• Pray and give thanks for the helpers and leaders at the Messy Church events. May they be well attended and bless those who attend.
• Pray for St Mary’s School, particularly Miss Keen and Mrs Bell and the pupils of Pear class
• The Departed and those who mourn their loss. We give thanks for their lives and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends
• Local issues: give thanks and pray for the local council workers who keep our streets and footpaths, burial ground and recreation ground clean and tidy
• National issues: pray for all officials attending the London Global Cyber Summit on 29th-30th September as they meet to discuss how to protect national infrastructures and other systems vulnerable to attack.
• World issues: Continue to pray about the situation in Gaza. Pray especially for the protection of all aid and humanitarian agencies seeking to bring food and medical aid to the millions who are now homeless and desperate for help.
