Prayer focus this week

  • Our prayer focus for this week:
  • Tetbury Praying the Town: Court Field
  • For all fathers: may they feel valued and loved, especially on Father’s Day, and know God’s guidance, wisdom and encouragement in their family responsibilities.
  • The Parish of St Marys. We pray especially for Poppy in her roles as Rector, Rural Dean and Canon of Gloucester cathedral
  • The Departed and those who mourn their loss remembering especially Christopher Timmins and Robert Watts. We give thanks for their lives, and pray for God’s comfort for their family and friends.
  • Years Mind:  George Kordula (17/6), Mike Kniveton (19/6), Pamela Chin (24/6)
    (“Year’s Mind” is to mark the first anniversary of a death – often a difficult time for family and friends)
  • Praying for St Mary’s School: Reception Cherry Class with  Mrs Boswell – and Mrs Bell.
  •  Our local vets, as they care for pets, livestock and all animals
  • Give thanks for those entering ordained ministry. We pray especially for Pauline, our curate, to be ordained as priest in Gloucester cathedral on Saturday 26th June.
