Sunday Worship, 20th June

June 19, 2021

Jesus calms the storm.  “Peace! Be still!” These are Jesus’ extraordinary words of command to the raging wind and sea on the lake.  And, in that moment, the winds ceased and there was a “dead calm”. For the disciples – for us – it is moment to recognise our creating, saving God present with them, as he is present with us.  Our God who acts in the brokenness and turbulence of our own lives, and the life of the world, to bring wholeness and peace. Worship is led by Poppy and Ian. Click on this link to join Worship https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81535755187 Meeting ID:815 3575 5187…

Churches Count on Nature

June 16, 2021

“Churches Count on Nature”: Many thanks to all involved! We had a wonderful day yesterday (Saturday 12th June) discovering the wildlife in the churchyard of St Marys’ Tetbury. Thank you to everyone who made it possible, and to everyone who came along. And our special thanks to Rosemary Bailey who inspired us to join “Churches Count on Nature” and made it happen. In all we spotted 125 species – from lichen to bees, wild flowers to birds. And all our data will be added to a central register, to help us understand the diversity of wildlife in our churchyards.

Sunday Worship, 30th May

May 28, 2021

Join Sunday Worship:  Trinity Sunday Sunday 30th May 2021 This Sunday we reflect on the wonder and mystery of the nature of God:  The Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Our God, at whose very heart is relationship and community.  Our God who – as seen in the beautiful icon above – reaches out to draw in all people to share in his life.  Our God who calls us to then share this same loving relationship and community with those around us, in ways which this year has shown are so vital in our lives and the life of the…
