The bells of St Marys’ Tetbury 1722 – 2022 The attempt to ring a special peal to commemorate the 300th Anniversary of the casting of the bells in St Marys’ is now planned for Saturday 25th June.

Benefice Service of Celebration and thanksgiving for The Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 6.00pm, Thursday 2nd June, Holy Trinity Long Newnton The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacon Thursday 2nd June from 8.30pm, St Marys’ Tetbury Share in this first UK community event of the Jubilee celebrations, with the lighting of the beacon on the roof of St Marys’ Church. Gather in the churchyard from 8.30pm, with an act of worship at 9.15pm, followed by bagpipes then a bugle to herald the lighting of the beacon.
