The Gift of Love Autumn 2021 Stewardship Campaign

November 6, 2021

The Gift of Love Autumn 2021 Stewardship Campaign At St Marys’ Tetbury this Sunday (7th November), we continue to think about the call to Christian giving. As we celebrate “Kingdom Season” we reflect on our work to bring in God’s reign of love, justice and peace, and how our giving enables our loving service in this place. During the service, as part of the sermon, the Treasurer Mike Hardwick will talk about how church finances work. We hope you can join us. Poppy

This year, loving concern to keep everyone safe means we will again hold the…

Instil in them the courage and gentleness to implement fairer solutions for the poorest and most vulnerable, and commit their nations to the care of Our Common…

ST MARTIN’S VOICES – GIVING THANKS!

October 30, 2021

ST MARTIN’S VOICES – GIVING THANKS! Thank you to everyone who supported the concert on Friday night given by St Martin’s Voices.  It was sublimely beautiful – a wonderful programme of choral music reflecting on the themes of love, hope, joy and peace around the hymn “Lord of all hopefulness”. Then about 30 people gathered on Saturday morning for the singing workshop offered by Andrew Earis, Director of Music at St Martin-in-the-Field, with three members of St Martin’s Voices.  We prepared music for a lovely act of music designed and led by Pauline, our Curate.  It’s focus was on the…
