Everyone is invited to community events to mark the 80th Anniversary of D-Day – the largest naval, air and land military operation in history. SHARING THE COMMON CUP From Sunday 9th June in all our churches Offering Holy Communion in both kinds, including the Common Cup This is a note to explain that, from Sunday 9th June, we will return to the traditional practice of offering the bread (host) and wine separately when we share Holy Communion, rather than “intincting” the host (dipping it in the wine). In making this decision, it is vital to note that anyone who is not comfortable with drinking from the Common Cup may receive the host only, which is also a traditional and wholly accepted way of sharing…

Little Fishes Sunday School at St Marys’ Church ALL ARE WELCOME! In Matthew Chapter 3 when Jesus was baptised it says he came up out of the water and he saw the Spirit of God descending on him like a dove. On Sunday as we celebrate baptism, our Little Fishes are going to be making paper doves which is symbolic of the Holy Spirit at baptism.
