LITTLE FISHES SUNDAY SCHOOL This Sunday 13th February – our Little Fishes will meet during our 10am Sunday Morning Service at St Marys’ Church. They share Jesus’s teaching about how we should live, and talk about “bee-ing busy” doing God’s work. The craft is making wobbly bumble bee headbands. Community Fridge As part of our Ecochurch work we have volunteered to support this venture which allows everyone to help ensure food is not wasted. It is hoped the fridge/freezer will initially be open Tuesdays and Fridays and we need some volunteers for a short time on those days to sort collected produce into the fridge or freezer and ensure that the cleanliness and date control meets required standards. The fridge and freezer are in a beautiful new shed at the back of the Town Council. The Co-op is already embraced in the scheme with hopefully more to come. I…

St Marys’ Tetbury has been awarded the Eco Church Silver Award. To achieve this award, we were asked to report on how we are caring for God’s earth in different areas of our life and work: worship and teaching, management of the church building and land, community and global engagement and encouraging and supporting everyone to make lifestyle changes to reduce environmental damage.
